Information we collect
We collect the details needed to manage your booking, including your name, phone number, requested date and time, treatment, duration, location, booking notes, and booking status.
How we use your information
We use your information to check availability, manage and confirm your appointment, contact you about changes, provide the requested massage service, prevent duplicate bookings, and maintain basic business records.
WhatsApp messages
When you submit a booking, we may use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to send booking updates to you and notify the massage provider. WhatsApp messages are also subject to Meta and WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Storage and service providers
Booking information is stored using Google Firebase services. We only share information with service providers when needed to run the booking service, deliver messages, secure the website, or comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.
Website analytics
We use a random first-party browser identifier to count unique website visitors and understand general use of the booking service. The identifier is stored in a cookie for up to two years and is saved by us only as a one-way hash. This visitor count does not store your name, phone number, booking details, or IP address.
Retention and security
We keep booking information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for customer service, business records, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your booking information. Contact us using the email below and include the phone number or booking reference used for the appointment so we can identify the correct record.
